Repair Process

Step 1

ESTIMATE- In the estimate process, the vehicle is inspected & relevant data is entered into our computerized estimating system. This data is compiled in an estimate that determines the cost of repairs. However, often there is hidden damage that cannot be seen until the vehicle is disassembled. Also, part price differences may affect the bottom line.

Step 2

INSURANCE APPROVAL- For your convenience, we are electronically set up with most major insurance companies. We act on behalf of your insurance company to repair your vehicle. Digital photos and the estimate are uploaded for approval. Parts will be ordered at that time and the estimate will also schedule your vehicle for repairs.

Step 3

DISASSEMBLY- In disassembly, hidden damage is often found and inner structure repairs are determined. Many times additional parts may need to be ordered. A supplement to the insurance company would be generated at that time.

Step 4

STRUCTURE REPAIR- In the structure repair area, the unitized body of full frame damage is returned back to factory specifications. A computerized measuring system is used to monitor all phases. Our car-o-liner system will provide before and after data sheets. This system assures an accurate repair.

Step 5

BODY REPAIR- Body repair ranges from small dent repair to full panel replacement and metal finishing. After this process is completed, the vehicle is then ready for paint prepping.

Step 6

PAINT- Paint preparation is a critical step in the refinishing process of every vehicle. All panels are prepared for paint, primed & sealed to assure good adhesion when the final top coat of color and clear coats of paint are applied. We use Dupont Chroma Premiere top of the line paint.

Step 7

REASSEMBLY- Final moldings, trim and glass are installed onto your vehicle in the reassembly area. All vehicles are checked during this process. The vehicle is almost complete and ready for delivery when it is in this stage.

Step 8

DETAILING- During the repair process, the vehicle may accumulate dust. It will be cleaned and road tested to ensure that everything is working properly. A final inspection will assure that the vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition.

Step 9

COMPLETED- Delivery is the last step in the repair process. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, the bill is explained and the final paper work is completed. You will receive a copy of our lifetime written warranty.
